The Accountant prepares and keeps track of written and electronic financial transactions, oversees the inflow and outflow of cash, and handles the sale of goods and services.

The Accountant's main duties include ascertaining the quantity of money on hand at the cash counter before starting work. She/he tallies the total amount of cash collected at the end of the day and report and maintain accounting records and documentation. Additionally, she/he supports the Pharo Diagnostic and Clinical Services (PDCS) by providing reliable financial information. Furthermore, she/he contributes towards sound financial management of the PDCS.

We are seeking an exceptional, committed School Principal who has a proven track record in leading a Secondary School to academic excellence and delivery of the British Curriculum. The incumbent should have extensive school management experience, particularly within a developing country setting. The principal will be residing on campus and will be accountable for offering effective leadership and overseeing the daily operations of the entire school, emphasizing the school's academics. We are currently in search of a visionary and results-oriented Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") to lead our organisation into a new era of growth and impact. As a critical member of our executive leadership team, the CEO will be responsible for driving the implementation of the Foundation’s mission-driven strategy and scaling the operations of the social enterprises of Pharo’s for profit-arm, Pharo Ventures. This is a critical position in our organisation, which requires a high calibre individual with a strategic mindset, experience in Eastern Africa and a proven track record to lead schools to academic excellence and financial sustainability.
