Ephrem Feleke is a seasoned humanitarian professional with over 15 years of experience in emergency response, supply chain operations, and organizational leadership across Africa. Most recently serving as the Deputy Country Director for MEDAIR in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ephrem led large-scale emergency interventions, managed multi-million euro programs, and coordinated with key stakeholders including UN agencies, donors, and government authorities.

He has also held senior roles in the private sector, notably as Chief Operations Officer at AHADU Group, overseeing nationwide FMCG operations and agricultural productivity strategies. Ephrem holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration & Information Systems, and brings advanced expertise in ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, and Unit4.
