The SIS Project Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation, adoption and evaluation of the Pharo Schools Student Information System across the network. The role will be responsible for translating Pharo Schools’ operational, academic and data requirements into a functioning, standardised SIS, working closely with EdAdmin, Central IT, school leadership and SIS Champions across Kenya, Rwanda, Ethiopia and Somaliland. The first nine months of the role will focus on implementation, including system configuration, data migration, testing, training, change management and phased go-live. The final three months will focus on monitoring and evaluation, stabilisation, measuring adoption and impact, documenting lessons learned and establishing the foundations for continuous improvement. The Project Manager will ensure that the SIS is not simply implemented as a technology platform, but becomes a reliable network-wide operating system for student information, academic reporting, enrolment, communications and decision-making.

We are seeking a dedicated, highly organized, and passionate Careers, Colleges & Guidance Coordinator  to lead and coordinate the Foundation’s scholarship programme and support students throughout their academic journey. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and supporting eligible students, coordinating university applications and scholarship awards, facilitating travel and placement arrangements, and providing ongoing support to students during their studies.

The role requires an individual with strong communication and coordination skills, high emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate student records and financial information.

Over the next 2-3 years, Pharo Foundation will launch new development programmes across water, education, and productivity. As Development Associate, your job is to collaborate with country teams to ideate and surface new programme concepts, then assess their feasibility before capital deployment, design how communities will be engaged, and build implementation readiness. You won't execute programmes yourself, but help design them for success from Day 1.

The Reception English Teacher will lead and manage a reception-level classroom, providing a safe, nurturing, positive, and structured learning environment in which young children can develop academically, socially, emotionally, and physically.

The postholder will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in English, supporting children to develop strong foundations in language, literacy, numeracy, communication, creativity, and social skills.

The role requires a strong understanding of early childhood education, fluency in English, excellent classroom-management skills, and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
